Xanthe Chapman

Xanthe Chapman has extensive experience in change management and strategic roles within various departments of the New South Wales government, including the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, where recent positions include Acting Manager of Strategy & Change and Senior Change Advisor. Xanthe also held roles such as Senior Experience and Change Analyst at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and Executive Officer at Sydney Law School. Previous positions at UNSW included Acting Executive Officer and Operations & Project Manager. Xanthe is pursuing further education at the University of Technology Sydney while holding a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
