Fletcher Trowse

Fletcher Trowse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Priorities at The Cabinet Office within the NSW Government, Fletcher has also held the position of Director at the Premier's Implementation Unit in the Department of Premier & Cabinet. Prior to this, experience includes various roles at EY, where Fletcher progressed from Senior Consultant to Director in Consulting. Additional consulting experience was gained at Bendelta, and an earlier career includes work as an Organisational Psychologist. Academic credentials encompass an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Psychology in Organisational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Adelaide, along with a semester exchange at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a course on Human Centred Design Thinking at Stanford University.
