Cathy Hill has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Cathy began their career in 2000 as an Executive Officer at Wentworth Area Health Service, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they joined the Health Care Complaints Commission as an Investigation Officer for two years. In 2006, they moved to HealthShare NSW and served as an Executive Officer until 2010. Since then, they have been with NSW Health in various roles, including Director of the Office of the Deputy Secretary for Governance, Workforce, and Corporate, Director for People Culture Governance, and currently as the Director for Patient Experience and System Performance.
Cathy Hill obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Service Management from Flinders University between 2013 and 2014.
