Liz Munn

Director Population Health Policy & Engagement, NSW Ministry Of Health at NSW Health

Liz Munn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Liz worked in various roles at NSW Health from 2015 to the present, starting as a Senior Policy Analyst and gradually progressing to Director of Population Health Policy & Engagement. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own consultancy as a Dietitian from 2009 to 2016. Liz also worked as a Consultant Dietitian at Nuts for Life and Sanitarium from 2010 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Choice - Australian Consumers' Association as a Senior Food Writer, Deputy Editor, and Editor-Webmaster, and as a Senior Food Policy Officer. Liz also worked at Consumers' Association UK as a Senior Food & Health Writer and EU joint food testing co-ordinator, and at Australian Consumers' Association as a Senior Test Co-ordinator - Project Manager.

Liz Munn attended the University of Sydney from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree and a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. Their studies focused on nutrition, biochemistry, and pharmacology.
