Rob Maxwell has extensive work experience in various roles related to communications, engagement, and design. Rob most recently worked at NSW Health as the Communications and Engagement Lead, starting in February 2022. Before that, they were a Change Manager at the same organization from June 2021 to February 2022. Prior to NSW Health, Rob worked at the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation as a Designer from 2017 to 2021. Rob also held positions at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) as a Senior Advisor in Production Services and Senior Designer from 2013 to 2017, at Beetroot Consulting as a Freelance Designer from 2012 to 2013, and at Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) as a Design Manager - Brand from 2009 to 2012. Moreover, Rob has worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at BT Financial Group from 2007 to 2008, as a Senior Designer at Aquent from 2004 to 2008, as a Senior Designer at CC Creative from 2006 to 2007, and as a Designer at O'Neill from 2003 to 2003. Rob'searly work experience includes the role of Senior Designer at Charlesworth Intermedia from 2000 to 2003.
Rob Maxwell has a diverse education history. Rob obtained a Master's Degree in Communication Design from RMIT University in 2014-2015. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Masters Design degree at the University of Technology Sydney. Rob also completed an Associate Diploma in Graphic Design at TAFE NSW from 1993 to 1995.
Throughout their career, Rob has continued to enhance their skills by attending various training programs and courses. In 2018, they completed a certificate program in Change management at ACI - Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) training. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in Human Centred Design from Echos - School of Design Thinking. Additionally, they completed certificates in User Interface Design (UI) and User Experience Design (UX) from RMIT Online in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
