Donna Kwan

Donna Kwan is a finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory and financial management. Currently serving as the Regulatory Finance Manager at NT Power since November 2023, Kwan previously held the position of Senior Advisor at the Ontario Energy Board from January 2012 to November 2023. Additional experience includes auditing roles at the Toronto Transit Commission and Ernst & Young LLP, as well as a business development position at TD Waterhouse. Kwan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completed in 2007.
