Harriet Cutts

Harriet Cutts is an experienced regulatory finance professional with a strong background in economic analysis within the water and energy sectors. Currently serving as Regulatory Finance Manager at Wessex Water since September 2021, Harriet previously held roles as Regulatory Analyst at Western Power Distribution and Regulatory Economist at Bristol Water plc, where responsibilities included managing econometric benchmarking models, producing regulatory submissions, and developing tariff structures. Harriet began the career as a Junior Economist at ERS Ltd and gained experience in government through internships at the Department for Transport and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Harriet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Durham University.
