Ana Paula Russo

Ana Paula Russo has worked in the tech recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2021. Ana Paula began their career in 2014 as an Auxiliary of HR and Department Personnel at Distrisul LTDA. In 2018, they became a Research Fellow at the Government of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. In 2020, they served as a Tech Recruiter I Talent Acquisition at Planus - Escolhas de Carreira. Ana Paula then worked as a Tech Recruiter I Talent Acquisition at GX2 and Datum TI before joining NTConsult in 2023.

Ana Paula Russo is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in the field of Gestão de Pessoas at Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante – FAVENI since 2020. Ana Paula is also studying Psicologia at FADERGS since 2016. Prior to this, they were enrolled in Administração de Empresas at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco since 2014.
