Danilo da Silva Cunha

Danilo da Silva Cunha has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Danilo started as an Intern at Banco do Brasil, where they were in charge of providing support in the control of administrative expenses, preparation of documents and spreadsheets, and contact with the customer. Danilo was also responsible for controlling the accounts file of Individuals and Legal Entities, in order to collect, organize and sort all documents circulating in the Agency. In 2013, they joined You Move as an Educational Coordinator and Teaching Instructor. Danilo'sresponsibilities included managing methodology patterns and ideas, teaching classes to guarantee the maintenance of the methodology applied, teacher's training, giving assistance to parents, students, and teachers. Danilo was also in charge of the frequency indicators in monthly meetings, and weekly meetings with the branch team in order to ensure the quality of the work presented. In 2015, they joined Wise Up as an Educational Coordinator. Danilo'sresponsibilities included students and teachers management, teaching classes to guarantee the maintenance of the methodology applied, teacher's training, giving assistance to parents, students, and teachers. Danilo was also in charge of the financial and frequency indicators in monthly meetings, and weekly meetings with the teaching team in order to ensure the quality of the work presented. In 2021, they joined BairesDev as a Talent Acquisition Associate and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Finally, in 2022, they joined NTConsult as a Tech Recruiter.

Danilo da Silva Cunha has a diverse educational background. In 2006, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Estácio. Danilo then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic People Management: Human Development of Managers from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in People Management: Careers, Leadership and Coaching at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
