Luis Gustavo Ramos Zani has a diverse work experience with a strong focus on quality assurance and software development. Before transitioning into quality assurance, Luis worked as a Senior Software Engineer - Performance Testing at Dell from 2019 to 2020. Luis Gustavo was responsible for developing and executing performance test plans for Dell Finance software applications. During this time, they also analyzed performance issues and made recommendations for improvement.

Luis has also worked as a Computer Scientist when they were self-employed in 2019. Luis Gustavo was involved in various projects and developed skills in software development.

In 2018, Luis co-founded and served as the CEO of Shandalar Store, where they managed operations, made executive decisions, and implemented strategies for the e-commerce platform. Luis Gustavo also implemented workflow and 5s methodology in the work environment.

In 2007 to 2009, they completed a Technical course in Information Systems at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Afterward, from 2010 to 2015, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.

In 2012 to 2013, Luis had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at Augustana University in South Dakota. Following this, in 2013, they further expanded their academic horizon by becoming an exchange student at Stanford University, focusing on Computer Science.

To enhance their knowledge and expertise, Luis pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2016 and 2018.

Continuing their professional development, Luis obtained a certification in "Curso de Produtividade - Alta Performance" from Escola Conquer in August 2020.
