Marcelo Leopoldino has a decade of experience in Business Process Management. Marcelo began their career in 2010 as a Requirements and Processes Analyst at Valenti Network Computer. In 2011, they worked as a Systems Engineer and BPM Analyst at CTIS and as an Information Architect at Paradigma Business Solutions S/A. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Senior Business Process Analyst at Mahindra Satyam. Marcelo then moved to Vidalink do Brasil SA, where they were a Business Process Specialist from 2016 to 2018. After that, they were a BPM/SOA Consultant at Interfile Full Service BPO from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they became a BPM Project Specialist at Stefanini Brasil. In 2020, they were a Business Process Management Consultant at NTConsult, a Tech Lead - BPM Consultant at Global Hitss, and a Team Lead - BPM Consultant at Sysmap Solution - Claro Telecom.

Marcelo Leopoldino has a diverse educational background. Marcelo began their studies in 1996 at ETEC Professor Basilides de Godoy, where they obtained an Information System Technology degree in the field of Information Technology. In 2000, they continued their studies at Centro Universitário FIEO and obtained a Computer Engineer degree in the field of Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology in 2005. In 2016, Marcelo Leopoldino enrolled at Jobs in São Paulo and obtained a Digital Game Development degree in the field of Computer Games and Programming Skills in 2017. Currently, Marcelo Leopoldino is pursuing a Specialist in Business Process Management (BPM) degree at PUC Minas in the field of Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry.
