Victor Hugo Manduca Rizzo has been working in the software development industry since 2018. In 2018, they completed an internship at Daksa - Marketing e Tecnologia as a Mobile Developer Internship. In 2019, they were hired as a Back End Developer at Accesys Solutions, where they developed CRM and ECommerce applications, implemented databases on the cloud, implemented automated tests, built documentation for each project, built a pipeline to test and deploy the projects, and developed a notification system. In 2020, they were hired as a Back End Developer at Helpper - Soluções Inteligentes, where they fixed an ECommerce of individual protection equipment, implemented features in the mobile app to make medical appointments, and integrated a chatbot with the application. In 2021, they were hired as a Senior Back End Developer at NTConsult and a Back End Developer at Scale Systems. At NTConsult, they are developing a system to integrate with IOT devices, building automated tests, developing a downloader of reports, designing system architecture, designing databases, improving documentation, and building pipelines to deploy servers. At Scale Systems, their main goal is to build a resilient and maintainable application. Victor Hugo is developing a platform to buy and sell virtual coins, designing the database, building a pipeline to deploy the server, maintaining a website to see news about the entertainment industry, and solving performance issues with the news website.

Victor Hugo Manduca Rizzo attended FATEC Faculdade de Tecnologia from 2017 to 2020, where they earned an Associate's degree in System Analysis and Development.
