Stephen Latin-Kasper

Director of Market Data and Research at NTEA

Stephen Latin-Kasper has extensive experience in the field of economics and market research. Stephen began their career in 1979 as an Economic Statistician at the US Bureau of the Census. In 1981, they joined the US Peace Corps as an Economic Development Advisor, where they worked with the government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to write their first Five-Year Economic Development Plan. In 1985, they moved to the NFPA as an Economist, where they managed economic and market research programs, conducted forecast conferences, and lobbied statistical agencies. From 1991 to 1999, they were an Adjunct Faculty at MATC. Finally, from 1999 to the present, they have been the Director of Market Data and Research at NTEA.

Stephen Latin-Kasper received a BS in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1978 and an MS in Economics from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 1979.
