Jacquea' A. Lampkins, BA., MPA., CPM, PHR, CPE, currently serves as the Chief Emergency Communications Officer at the North Texas Emergency Communications Center (NTECC) since April 2023, previously holding the position of Director of Emergency Communications from December 2017 to April 2023. With extensive experience in emergency communications, Jacquea' has also worked as the Administrative Services Manager and Coordinator at NTECC, and served as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the City of Coppell. Prior to a career in public safety, Jacquea' demonstrated strong leadership and customer service skills as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart and contributed to educational initiatives as part of the Upward Bound program at Southern Arkansas University. Jacquea' holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/History, both from Southern Arkansas University, along with certifications in Public Management and Human Resources.
