Emmanuel Addae has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Emmanuel started their career as a Trainer at Dell Products Europe in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Emmanuel then pursued higher education and became a Student at Limerick Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011.

In 2013, Emmanuel joined NTES IT Support Services as a Network Support Engineer and worked in that role until 2017. Emmanuel then transitioned to the position of VOIP & Microsoft 365 Senior Engineer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Emmanuel is serving as the Head of Technical Services at NTES IT Support Services.
