Charles Roarty

Charles Roarty, Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Charles started their career as a Volunteer in the Peace Corps from April 1981 to July 1983. After that, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Woodward Clyde Consultants from November 1983 to April 1985. Charles then joined Schal Associates - O'Hare Development Program as a Resident Engineer from April 1985 to November 1985, and later as a Resident Manager - South Airfield from November 1985 to August 1987. Charles went on to work at NTH Consultants, Ltd., where they held multiple roles including Assistant Project Engineer from September 1987 to August 1988, Project Engineer from August 1988 to February 1991, Senior Project Engineer from February 1991 to January 2000, Vice President / Senior Project Engineer from January 2000 to October 2004, Vice President / Chief Technical Officer from October 2004 to December 2007, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President / Quality Officer since December 2007.

Charles Roarty, Jr. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1979. Charles then pursued a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed in 1980. Additionally, they hold Professional Engineer certifications from both the State of Michigan and the State of Pennsylvania.
