Charles Roarty, Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Charles started their career as a Volunteer in the Peace Corps from April 1981 to July 1983. Charles Roarty, Jr. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1979. Charles then pursued a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, which they completed in 1980. Additionally, they hold Professional Engineer certifications from both the State of Michigan and the State of Pennsylvania.
