Vivian Montgomery

Vivian Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vivian currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at FinThrive, where they are involved in advancing the healthcare economy through their revenue management platform. Prior to this, they were a Director at nThrive, a company offering comprehensive Revenue Management SaaS platforms to healthcare providers. Earlier in their career, Vivian worked at PELITAS, an nThrive company, where they held roles as a Director of Customer Success, Director of Client Success, and Project Manager. Vivian also gained experience as a Patient Access Representative at GOOD SHEPHERD HOSPITALS PRIVATE LIMITED. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, Vivian worked at the City of Longview Police Department as a Crime Analyst/Police Planner and Telecommunications Operator. Vivian began their career as a Case Manager at SABINE VALLEY REGIONAL MHMR CENTER.

Vivian Montgomery attended LeTourneau University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) from the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) in 2021.
