Pietro Catania is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and change management. As the managing partner and founder of ALEF Consulting since May 2006, Pietro has led a prominent consultancy firm. In addition, Pietro co-founded Ayros and serves as Chair of the Board, along with roles at Dialogic Effect and Agricola 2000 as advisor and board member. Pietro is a contract professor in Organization and Human Resource Management at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and has been involved as a trainer and board member at NTL Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University, various leadership and organizational development certifications from prestigious institutions including Harvard Kennedy School and Columbia University, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi. Additionally, Pietro holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and is a Chartered Journalist.
