Christian Åvall

Christian Gutierrez has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Karlin Real Estate since January 2012. Prior to this role, Christian was an Associate at the same company and worked as a Senior Analyst at The Abbey Company from September 2006 to December 2011. Christian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2006, and graduated from Loyola Academy in 2002.
