Susan Silhavy

Susan Silhavy has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Susan started their career as a Human Resource Representative at Dunlee, a division of Philips Healthcare in 1994. Susan then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Carlisle Companies from 1996 to 1999. After that, they joined AirLiance Materials as a Manager of Human Resources, where they focused on infrastructure and recruitment and worked with United, Lufthansa, and Air Canada to create and distribute aircraft parts inventory. In 2004, they became a Human Resources Manager at Federal Signal Corporation, a position they held until 2011. Since 2011, they have worked at NTN Bearing Corporation, first as a Human Resource Manager and currently as the Director of Human Resources.

Susan Silhavy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Curtin University in 1990. Susan later earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2007.
