Scott Diaz

Scott Diaz has a diverse work experience in the engineering and technology industry. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Application and Solution Engineering at nTopology since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at FARO Technologies in various roles, including Global Product Manager, Director of Digital Twin Solutions, Director of Field Application Engineering (AMER), Director of Global Sales Engineering, Director of Business Development, Director of Sales AEC, and Director of Business Development, AEC. Scott was also the Owner and Managing Director of kubit USA, Inc., the Americas headquarters for kubit software and services, until it was acquired by FARO Technologies in March 2015. Before that, they worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at PI Integrated Systems and as a Tax Assistant at US Tax & Financial Services.

Scott Diaz has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration from Lamar University. Scott also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the same university. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Boston Dynamics SPOT Trained from Boston Dynamics in February 2019, Wilson Training from Wilson Learning in April 2018, FARO Laser Scanning from FARO Technologies in August 2015, and YouTube Academy Certified from YouTube in June 2013.
