Jatinder Singh Chandok

Jatinder Singh Chandok is the Chief Executive Officer at Trincomalee Power Company Limited, assumed in April 2024, and has been with NTPC Limited since October 2011, currently serving as the Head of International Business Development. With a proven track record in project planning and execution, Chandok has overseen more than 6 GW of Renewable Energy Projects across Africa, LAC, and neighboring regions, and has held various leadership roles focusing on solar and wind energy, including General Manager and AGM positions. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in Solar Wind Hybrid with Battery Storage, management credentials from Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, as well as an M Tech in Power Generation Control from IIT Delhi, and a BE in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from GEC Jabalpur.
