Khalid Amakran

Khalid Amakran is an experienced photographer and educator, currently serving as a photographer at Amakran Studio since September 2011. In addition, Khalid holds advisory and jury positions, including membership on the advisory council of NTR, and jury roles at De Tegel and Stichting De Zilveren Camera in the Storytelling category. Previous experience includes working as a photographer for NRC Media and as a museum educator at Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, where Khalid conducted workshops and tours for various visitor groups. Educational qualifications include a HBO Bachelor in Advertising, Brand, and Design Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a HAVO degree from Het Rotterdamsch Lyceum.
