Eddie Demerson

Eddie Demerson has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as a System Administrator and previously as a NOC Technician III at Ntrepid LLC since February 2020. Prior to that, Eddie worked at Perspecta from February 2017 to February 2020, where a promotion to Technical Lead occurred in July 2018, providing remote support for various devices and managing help desk tickets using HP Service Manager. Eddie also held a position as an Operating System Deployment Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2015 to September 2016, contributing to the creation and support of deployable operating system images and software packages. Eddie's career began as a Data Entry Clerk at Publishers Creative Systems, where responsibilities included data management for magazine subscriptions. Eddie holds a degree in Medical Administrative Insurance Specialist and Medical Billing from Kaplan College-Vista, obtained between 2007 and 2008.
