Matt Hagopian

As VP of Product Engineering, Matt leads a talented team of engineers committed to building world-class solutions for our customers. He interfaces closely with the Product, QA and Infrastructure teams to help make sure our varied products continue to expand and improve while maintaining high quality and meeting the strict security requirements demanded by our varied customer base. He believes strongly in agile development and looks for ways to help his team by reinforcing agile core values and removing unnecessary hurdles.

Matt is a seasoned technology leader in DC Tech, previously working at a variety of mission-based startups, including Wealthminder (where he was a co-founder) and Jobfox. Most recently, Matt served as the CTO of LiveSafe, helping more than double the Engineering and Product groups while helping his team scale up the system to an enterprise-class solution used by both Fortune 500 corporations as well as top Higher Education institutions worldwide. High above Cayuga's waters, Matt received his B.S. in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at Cornell University.
