Tamaika Menefee

As VP of Program Management supporting the CTO, Tamaika partners with engineers, data scientists, project managers, and senior management to help create new world-class solution(s). Tamaika's acuity for developing high-performance teams shines in this role as she works to define, implement, and optimize standards and processes across the portfolio of Ntrepid solutions. She is responsible for leading the project life cycle—identifying and resolving knowledge and resource gaps and facilitating the interaction of cross-functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing program risks, schedules, costs, and quality.

Before this role, Tamaika was the VP of Customer Care where she represented the needs of Ntrepid's customers by working closely with production and soliciting customer feedback through all Ntrepid's support channels.

With over 20 years of professional experience in commercial and government industries, Tamaika's previous experience includes working as a Consultant for Hewlett Packard, overseeing the verification of a large COTS integration effort as the Test Manager for SAIC, and while a Test Manager at Robbins Gioia oversaw the testing of an enterprise program management application.

Tamaika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from James Madison University.
