Ilia Zintchenko

Ilia Zintchenko is the Co-founder and CTO of Ntropy, a company that makes payment data useful. Ilia has also co-founded Mindi, a dynamic workload management system for in-house data centers that uses cutting-edge ML algorithms and reinforcement learning to improve performance by 20-50%. Prior to their work at Ntropy and Mindi, Ilia was a research intern at Microsoft where they developed novel Bayesian inference techniques for quantum devices.

Ilia Zintchenko has a PhD in Theoretical Physics from ETH Zürich, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from the University of Oslo.

Ilia Zintchenko is the CTO of a small team. Their colleagues are Elliott Fisher (Chief of Staff), Misak Davtyan (Director, Operations), and David Buchmann (VP, Engineering).
