Sean O'Neill began their work experience in 2009 as an Account Manager for Baker Hughes. Sean then worked at MS Energy Services as an Executive Account Manager from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director of Global Accounts and Contract Management at Rubicon Oilfield International. In 2020, they joined Market Street Ventures as the Director of Sales and Operations. Currently, Sean is the Global Sales Director at NTS Group, a position they started in October 2021.

Sean O'Neill earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009.
