Stephanie Burns Caps, Cam, Calp

Stephanie Burns has a diverse work experience in the real estate and property management industry. Stephanie started their career in 2003 as a Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager at LEDIC Management Group. In 2005, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Crye Leike Realtors. Stephanie then joined NTS Development Company in 2006 and held various roles including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Regional Property Manager. Stephanie was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two apartment communities and managing staff, training, financial management, and delinquency management. In 2012, Stephanie also took on leadership roles at the Greater Nashville Apartment Association, serving as Chairman and later as Active Past Chairman. Stephanie contributed to communications and strategic planning initiatives, collaborating with the Communications Committee and overseeing magazine production. Stephanie's work experience showcases their expertise in property management, staff supervision, training, and leadership roles within industry organizations.

Stephanie Burns, CAPS, CAM, CALP, received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from The University of Memphis in 2003. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained several certifications, including being a 2020 NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate from the National Apartment Association. Stephanie has also earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification in 2014, the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification in 2008, and the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification in 2007.
