Anand Dhruv

Anand Dhruv currently serves as Associate Director - HR and Head of Talent Development & Early Careers at NTT DATA. Previously, Anand held leadership roles in human resources at Laqshya Media Group as the Head of Human Resources, at Netmagic Solutions as Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, at Mukand Limited-Kalwe (Bajaj Group) as Deputy Manager - Human Resources, and at Intelenet Global Services as Assistant Manager - Human Resources. Anand is pursuing a Ph.D. in Humanities/Humanistic Studies at JECRC University under the Chairman's Fellowship program, having previously earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
