Katelynne Bazile

Katelynne Bazile, MBA, serves as the Global Team Lead for Emerging Talent Programming and Operations at HubSpot, alongside a similar role for Emerging Engineering Talent and Internal Conversions. Katelynne is the CEO and Founder of Lumiere Rene Candle Company and has held multiple positions at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, including Program Manager for Strategic Recruitment and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Program Specialist. Katelynne also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at CyberArk and held several roles at Newbury College, such as Executive Admission Ambassador and Resident Assistant. Katelynne holds an MBA from the American University - Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Newbury College.
