Raquel Mateo Mateo

Raquel Mateo Mateo is an experienced professional in project coordination and solutions analysis, currently serving as Team Leader and Solutions Analyst at NTT DATA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Raquel worked at everis as a Functional Quality Analyst from January 2017 to October 2021 and held positions at excentia and Alfatec Sistemas as Technical Coordinator of Information Systems, managing projects within the Directorate General of Public Health in the Conselleria de Sanitat of the Comunitat Valenciana. Raquel’s expertise includes project lifecycle management, quality assurance, and consultancy, employing methodologies such as Métrica V3, Scrum, ITIL, and PMBOK. With a strong programming background, Raquel has contributed to system maintenance, design of logical flows, and user training across several organizations including Indra and Dimensión Informática. Raquel holds a degree from the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia.
