Leanne Almond Obe

Leanne Almond OBE is a highly experienced professional specializing in data and digital operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Central Government at NTT DATA, Inc. since September 2025. Previously held positions include Vice President Consulting Expert at CGI and Digital Operations Director at CV-Library. Leanne has extensive experience within governmental organizations, having served as Temporary Director for the SARs Programme and Chief Data Officer at the National Crime Agency, and as Programme Director for the EU Exit Change Programme at the UK Home Office. Additionally, Leanne held various roles at HM Revenue & Customs, including Deputy Director of IT Delivery and Chief of Staff. Leanne holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management with History from the University of Worcester.
