Chong NC began their work experience in 2007 as the Director of Food Safety & Quality at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd. Chong holds a Science degree in Chemistry and an MBA, with over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and food safety. Chong'sexpertise includes GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, 6 Sigma, and Total Quality Management. Chong has been invited to share their experiences in various conferences related to food safety. Currently, they serve as the Committee Chair at the National Mirror Committee and Enterprise Singapore.
Chong NC earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore in 1990. Chong then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Leicester from 1998 to 2001. Chong NC also holds a certification as a Certified Quality Engineer, although specific details about the institution and date of acquisition are not provided.
