Choon Kwang Lim

Choon Kwang Lim has extensive work experience in the finance and insurance industry. Choon Kwang currently serves as the Head of Financial Management Audit at Income Insurance Limited, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Choon Kwang worked at Allianz Asia Pacific as the Regional Audit Team Lead for Business, Actuarial & Risk from October 2021 to June 2023. Choon Kwang also served as a PMO in Allianz Group HR - HRT from October 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining Allianz, Choon Kwang was employed at Allianz Asia Pacific as a Senior Manager for Finance Transformation and IFRS 9 & 17 from February 2017 to September 2019. Choon Kwang gained experience in risk analytics as a Principal Consultant at msg global solutions from October 2014 to January 2017. Prior to that, Choon Kwang worked as an Actuarial Modeling Consultant at Algorithmics, an IBM Company, from August 2012 to October 2014.

Choon Kwang started their career at Great Eastern Life, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager from March 2011 to August 2012, Actuarial Associate from December 2008 to February 2011, and Actuarial Associate from August 2006 to November 2008.

Choon Kwang Lim completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Actuarial Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2003 to 2006. In 2018, they attended INSEAD for a course on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Audit and Due Diligence Foundations, Collaborative Leadership, and Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager from LinkedIn in 2020.
