Susan Ong

Susan Ong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Business at Income since September 2022. Prior to this role, Susan held the same title at NTUC Income Insurance Cooperative Pte Ltd from July 2019 to August 2022, and previously worked at NTUC Income in various capacities including Head of Group Business and Senior Manager of Employee Benefits. With a background at AXA Insurance (S) Pte Ltd as Vice President of Health & Lifestyle and a long tenure at AXA Insurance Singapore, where Susan was VP of Customer Solution for Accident & Health and Head of Claims from 2007 to 2009, the professional has a strong foundation in sales, marketing, underwriting, and claims management. Earlier experience includes a role as GMD at AIA Singapore Pte Ltd from 1990 to June 1993.
