José Aguilar

José Aguilar's work experience begins in 2015 as a Business Development Director at nuvoil, where they worked until 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at CONSORCIO PETROLERO 5M DEL GOLFO. In 2017, José Aguilar co-founded meraQi Consulting Services and served as the CEO until 2019. Following that, they joined Elkon México as the Consulting Services and Business Development Director from 2019 until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at NTWIST starting from 2022.

José Aguilar has an extensive education history that spans from 2006 to 2023. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Veracruzana. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at Universitat de Barcelona from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, José began their doctoral studies in Economics at Universitat de Barcelona, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics in 2016. During their doctoral studies, in 2013 they also attended El Colegio de México for a brief period to further specialize in Economic History. In 2014, José briefly attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to enhance their knowledge in Economic theory. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Alberta from 2021 to 2023, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
