Kelley Shim

Kelley Shim has a diverse work experience across various industries. From 2023 to present, they have been serving as the Director of Project Management at NTWRK. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Creative Project Manager at the same company. Kelley also held the role of Festival Creative Project Manager at NTWRK from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining NTWRK, Kelley worked as an Education Assistant at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) starting in 2011.

Kelley also had a role at Tappan, where they held multiple positions including Project Manager, Special Projects from 2021 to 2021, Launch Project Manager from 2020 to 2021, Art Advisor from 2019 to 2020, and Art Advising Assistant from 2017 to 2019.

Aside from their work at Tappan, Kelley served as the Flow Manager for the podcast "Tapestry of Messages" from 2020 to 2021, and as a Project Manager at IAMESY / UNDOLab / Common Ace from 2019 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Event + Social Media Coordinator at Live•Love•Create Events from 2015 to 2019, a Research Assistant at Sensemaking Education from 2016 to 2017, an Alumni Engagement Coordinator at Ryman Arts from 2016 to 2017, a Teaching Artist at Hollywood Bowl Summer Sounds in 2016, and an Exhibitions Coordinator at Ryman Arts in 2015.

Kelley Shim received a Bachelor's Degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from the University of Southern California in the years 2012 to 2015.
