Connie Neuman, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Connie'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Nature's Toolbox (NTx), where they oversee the HR operations for a company involved in the development and production of mRNA and protein-based vaccines and medicines. Prior to their current role, Connie held the position of Director of Human Resources at Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory Silicon Valley, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Connie also worked independently as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in 2017 and held various roles at Toyota Research Institute, including Manager of HR Operations and Consultant, from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Connie served as the Head of Human Resources at Trucker Path and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Frontline Source Group. Connie also held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration at MacCorkle Insurance Service from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Connie has experience as the Director of Human Resources at CloudShield Technologies and as the Human Resources Manager at AOptix Technologies. Connie began their HR career as a Human Resources Manager and Founding Member at Shutterfly.

Connie Neuman, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. In 2001, they completed the HR Generalist Certificate Program at San Jose State University. Following that, in 2004, they pursued the Advanced Human Resource Management Certificate Program offered by SHRM. Most recently, in 2016, Connie obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society of Human Resources.
