Julie Mikolich

Julie Mikolich has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Boston Scientific since September 2013, where responsibilities include strategic HR support and alignment with business objectives. Prior to this, Julie held various HR roles at Polaris Industries, Tennant Company, Virtual Radiologic, and Target, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, policy administration, and change management. Julie earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of St. Thomas and has a foundational education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
