Edwina Woodbury

Edwina Woodbury is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and chairing the Audit Committee at Nu Skin Enterprises, Edwina has been instrumental in overseeing financial practices for the direct selling company since June 2015. As Chief Executive Officer and board member at Chapel Hill Press, Inc. since July 1999, Edwina has focused on high-quality book publishing. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Board at UNC Health Foundation, and board member positions at RadioShack Corp., R H Donnelley Corp., UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Click Commerce, Inc. Edwina's career began at Avon, where Edwina held the role of EVP, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. Edwina holds a BSBA in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
