Don Winter

Don Winter has extensive experience in quality management and operations. Don is currently working as the Director of Quality at Nu-Way Industries, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Montana Metal Products from March 2020 to March 2021. From 2014 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Quality and Safety Manager at Northstar Metal Products, Inc., where they were responsible for the entire Quality Management System (QMS).
