Alonzo Muse

Alonzo Muse is a Project Manager Technical Support at the U.S. Department of Labor, responsible for managing support requests through various communication networks and assisting with the disposal of obsolete IT-related equipment. Prior to this role, Alonzo served as an Account Manager at Gettier Commercial, Inc., where relationship management and customer revenue maximization were key responsibilities. Experience also includes positions as a Solutions Specialist at Cox Communications, a Business Development Specialist at Intuit, a Customer Service Representative at Comcast, a Sales Consultant at Frontpoint, and participation in the Management Trainee Program at Enterprise. Alonzo is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Ferrum College.
