Heather Newlin, MBA, brings extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, including serving as Chief Delivery Officer at NuAxis Innovations and previously as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. Newlin has a strong background in corporate strategy development and operational management, having led growth initiatives and integrated companies at Jacobs. As CEO and Founder of Transformative Partners, Newlin supported emerging businesses in achieving strategic goals. Other key positions include General Manager roles at BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman, where Newlin managed significant contracts and operational transformations.
