Jessica Matsumoto

Jessica Matsumoto is the HRBP Lead Director at Nubank. Jessica was previously the HR Senior Manager at Danone, responsible for the Organizational Development and Transformation agenda, from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior HR Business Partner and Talent, Learning & Diversity Lead at Experian from July 2018 to August 2020. Jessica has also held the position of Organizational Development Latam Sr Manager at Serasa Experian from October 2011 to June 2018, and Researcher at SEARCH Consultoria em Recursos Humanos from September 2010 to September 2011. Jessica began their career as an HR Intern at GE from July 2009 to June 2010, and later worked as an HR Consultant at Empresa Junior Mackenzie Consultoria from September 2006 to November 2008.

Jessica Matsumoto has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Jessica also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. Additionally, they have completed the Bloco Agile Online course from Perestroika and the Type: O Novo NoRHmal course from Collab SPUTNiK + VOCÊ RH.
