Jose David Altuzarra

Jose David Altuzarra is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in user-centered methodologies, strategic problem-solving, and project management. Currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Nubank since November 2022, Jose David previously held a senior position at Accenture Song, where responsibilities included leading service and business design initiatives. Prior roles include serving as a Service and Strategy Designer at INSITUM and as a Project Management and Public Policy Consultant for the National Planning Department of Colombia. Jose David’s educational background encompasses a Master's in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick, a specialization in social media marketing from Northwestern University, and a Marketing Specialist degree from Universidad de los Andes.
