Kurt Christensen

Kurt Christensen is a seasoned professional in software engineering and agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Nubank since January 2022, overseeing the Developer Productivity group. With extensive experience dating back to 2003 as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at The Bit Bakery, Kurt has provided coaching and consulting for numerous clients, including Cognitect and Walmart Labs. Kurt's prior roles include coaching and teaching at DevJam, working to improve processes at Best Buy, and developing applications at ProAg. Kurt has also contributed to agile transformations at Siemens Industry and PTC, where their work helped secure a significant contract with Airbus. Additionally, roles at Oracle Retail and Wells Fargo highlight their versatility in both programming and agile methodologies. Kurt is pursuing ongoing education at Harvard Extension School, building on a foundation from the University of Minnesota.
