Leonardo da Costa Silva is a Design Lead at Nubank, the largest Fintech in Latin America, since July 2021. With a focus on addressing the challenges of high fees and interest rates in Brazilian banking services, Leonardo contributes to Nubank's recognition as one of the most influential companies globally, as noted in the TIME100 2021. Prior to this role, Leonardo served as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at Sebrae from January 2020 to June 2021.
