Sebastián Gavary

Sebastiraj Arulanandu has extensive experience in the field of software development and business process management, currently serving as Development Head for Pega Applications at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastiraj held the position of Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading BPM-Pega practice solutions and managing customer discussions. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB, Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, and various architect positions at MasterCard, Level 3 Communications, and FedEx Services, demonstrating strong leadership in team management, program management, and architectural design. Sebastiraj began the career as a Software Engineer at Nucleus Software and developed skills in Unix internals. Sebastiraj holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Bharathidasan University.
