Laura Ruiz

Laura Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Laura currently works as a "Profesora de catedra" at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia since 2023.

Prior to that, Laura was a "Project Manager" at Nubloq starting from August 2021. Their responsibilities included project management, scheduling, and monitoring.

From March to December 2021, they worked as a "Profesor universitario" at Fundación Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja - UNIR.

As a "Project Manager" at Agencia Nacional Digital from March 2020 to June 2021, Laura led software development projects and was responsible for project planning, execution, and documentation.

In 2019, Laura was the "CIO" at Archivo General de la Nación de Colombia and coordinated the Systems Group. Their role involved designing and implementing technology management programs and policies to ensure efficient operation of information systems and digital services.

Laura's work experience also includes being an "Ingeniera de proyectos" at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia from August 2017 to November 2018. Laura was involved in designing technological solutions and policies for different projects related to data management and information technology.

Lastly, Laura served as an "Asistente docente" at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia from July 2015 to July 2017. Their responsibilities included teaching practical infrastructure and networking courses, managing the lab, and participating in the accreditation process for the Systems and Computer Engineering program.

Laura Ruiz completed a Master's degree in Information Technologies for Business from Universidad de Los Andes in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from the same university from 2015 to 2018. Laura also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Surcolombiana, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Laura Ruiz has acquired several professional certificates related to Agile project management from CertiProf in 2020. These certificates include Scrum Foundation Professional, Scrum Developer Professional, and Scrum Master Professional, with a focus on project management.
